Among the attributes that Mr. Ventola highlighted are:
Matlaw's development of an all natural breading that is also free of trans fatty acids. A line of all natural sauces that accompanies some breaded products and that are integral parts of other products
The use of only fresh-processed shrimp that are never treated with chemicals of any kind and are never soaked, not even with salt
All of Matlaw's products are hand-made to exacting specifications "The US market is ready for this kind of product line. We are pleased that we can deliver products that are unique and are of exceptional quality at prices that are completely competitive with mainstream products that lack our attributes," Mr. Ventola said.
"Our commitment to price competitiveness is evident in our investment in the program's source in Thailand," said Mr. V entola. "We have opened a National Fish office there, and we have staffed it with our own full-time product development, production, quality control and sourcing personnel. We control the process from the initial product idea through to the value-added final product being selected by the consumer."
"Our objective is to build our Matlaw's brand into America's premier value added line. This is just the start," said Mr. Ventola. |
