Cod is considered the "default setting from which all other fish species vary." Cod is a large, deepwater, round whitefish, providing thick, meat fillets which are low in fat and have a good shelf life.

Our Cod is caught in the cold waters of the North Pacific. The mild clean flavor of the fish is skinless and boneless. Each fillet is vacuum packed to maintain freshness and each bag is brightly covered to stand out in any freezer.
